For the get the look activity, you have got a Merit + You have masked images and arranged them on the page really well. The addition of stars is a great idea and works well. you have used advanced skills such as adding text boxes and using transparency on them.
Your Lady Gaga piece is a MERIT + too. You have created three columns for text and put placeholder text inside them. You've added drop caps to make it look more professional too. The text wraps around the image because you created a path and removed the stroke from it. To improve it I think you need to look at those small paragraphs of text that are tripped on either side of her legs - do you think they would be easier for the audience to read?
And lastly - your three column layout is not quite finished yet so it is a pass. You have created the frames for the text and placed the image. You need to add the addition text in the other two frames, add a drop cap and link the frames together. In addition you need to put a pull quote in the last column to get the reader's attention
